Enforcers Hold Youth Football Coaches Camp

On July 11, 2009, both coaches and players from the Enforcers conducted a training camp for San Diego County youth football coaches. The six-hour training session was mandatory training for the youth coaches for their upcoming season. This training was attended by approximately 75 coaches representing all age groups of youth football.

President Jason Sullivan opened up the training with an introduction to the San Diego Enforcers. He outlined our history and where the organization is at today. He ended by offering free admission to any youth football player who wanted to attend an Enforcer home game.

Coach James Kilmer covered offensive drills and strategies in the morning while Coach Kurt Debniak outlined defensive drills and gave an insight to the Enforcers powerful 3-4 defense. Coach Brian Salmon ended the day by talking about motivating players and parents and teaching the kids about the passion of playing football.

These training camps are an opportunity for the Enforcers to give back to the community and assist the youth coaches who are the backbone of every football organization. . . View Photos
